    Then,

  • If recommendations and scope are accepted, and authorisation to proceed is given we will carry out proposed scope of works generating a detailed daily report containing all relevant information such as works carried out on that day with photographic evidence and any other relevant details for your reference and record.

  • Will issue drying documentation showing all the data collected from initial inspection through the drying period until building is sufficiently dry (according to trade standards) ready for reinstatement.

    • surface and air sampling tests for pathogens

    • comprehensive damp investigation and report

    • complex technical drying of buildings
